Same day crowns are in demand in Las Vegas

Las Vegas residents are becoming increasingly aware of a technology that is changing the way dentists retore teeth.

The old way of restoring teeth required more than one visit to the dentist. On the first visit, you would get shots to have your teeth numbed, your tooth would be prepared then an impression taken, and a temporary restoration would be placed on your tooth. The second appointment followed a couple of weeks later, at which time you would get another injection and have the temporary taken off.  Then you would have a permanent restoration put on.  With CEREC®, the procedure is done in a single appointment, start to finish.

A CEREC® tooth restoration isn't just convenient, it is also healthy. Many years ago, dentists had few options to repair decayed and damaged teeth other than amalgam, gold, and other metals. With CEREC®, dentists can use strong, tooth colored ceramic materials to restore your teeth to their natural strength, beauty, and function. These materials closely match the composition of natural tooth structure. This means when you eat hot food and then drink something cold, the restoration and tooth expand and contract at almost equal rates. So, your tooth does not crack, and you can go on enjoying your evening. Also, the materials are chemically bonded to your tooth, so a CEREC dentist can save as much healthy tooth tissue as possible while providing you with a dental restoration that strengthens your tooth.

I love the CEREC machine and I can use CEREC® for more than just crowns and fillings. CEREC® is capable of producing most tooth restorations. Chipped or discolored front teeth can be repaired with CEREC® porcelain anterior crowns or veneers.

Thanks for share your idea. I recently search a good clinic for Braces Pembroke Pines
Hi Rosie. Thank you for visiting my Las Vegas Dentist blog. I hope you have found a good dentist to help you with your dental needs. Did you end up getting dental braces? If not, you may want to consider Invisalign which can straighten teeth in half the time, with clear, comfortable, and removable aligners.
